1. Role of Cheap Airport Parking Deals

Cheap Airport Parking Deals operates as an independent booking agent and comparison marketplace. We act solely as an intermediary between the customer and third-party airport parking operators (including official airport authorities and independent parking companies). We do not ourselves own, control, or operate any car parking facilities or shuttle vehicles.

2. Contract Formation

When you submit a reservation through our website, you make an offer to purchase parking services which is subject to acceptance by the relevant parking operator. A binding contract for parking services is formed between you and the designated parking operator once payment is authorised and an official confirmation reference has been dispatched.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices shown on the website include UK VAT at the prevailing rate and all mandatory courtesy shuttle coach transfers. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking using an approved payment card. No reservation is confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

4. Parking Operator Terms

All vehicles parked at designated parking sites are subject to the specific terms and conditions and entry regulations of the individual parking operator. You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is roadworthy, taxed, has a valid MOT, and complies with any published vehicle dimension restrictions.

5. Cancellations & Amendments

Cancellation and amendment terms vary according to the specific parking product selected at the time of booking:

• Flexible Bookings: May be cancelled or amended online via our Manage Booking portal up to 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival for a full refund.
• Non-Flexible / Saver Deals: Cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.
• Cancellation Protection: If purchased, permits cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled arrival time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Because we act solely as an intermediary booking agent, our liability is limited strictly to the processing of the booking and any booking fees paid directly to us. We accept no liability for any loss of or damage to any vehicle, contents, or luggage, or for any flight delays or missed connections resulting from traffic or parking operations.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
